Our beautiful Lovers Lane located in Dallas Texas is booming in a big way and we are looking for talented individual contributors to join our exsisting team. If you have an equal passion for luxury fashion, and driving revenue through life enriching engagemrnf this role is for you.
We are a highly visible, social media heavy company, with twice weekly liveshows. We are looking for team members comfortable selling both via social media (on and off camera), and on our beautiful sales floor.

Overview:
As an Omnichannel Sales Specialist at To Be Continued..., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue generation through various channels, including client outreach, social media engagement, and in-store interactions. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), and embodying our company's vision to provide luxury accessibility to all women.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing multiple channels, including client outreach, social media engagement, and in-store interactions.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue generation and ensure consistent growth.
Client Outreach and Engagement:
- Utilize our extensive client database for outreach and follow-up to generate sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Collect accurate and complete data and conduct follow-up activities to expand the client base and foster new relationships.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media platforms, particularly Instagram, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including posts and stories, to attract and interact with our Instagram audience.
- Utilize social media analytics to optimize content performance and drive sales conversions.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Store Manager to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Take direction from the Store Manager and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
- Follow and apply all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to collective team operations efforts, including but not limited to maintaining an orderly back office, shipping and merchandising.
Customer Experience:
- Welcome walk-in clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Share our company's vision and mission with clients, conveying our commitment to luxury accessibility and inclusivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and experience in social media management.
- Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and promoting inclusivity in the industry.
