Job Summary:
To use leadership and administrative skills to improve academic achievement for all K-5 students through leading, directing, supervising, and implementing the educational program within the building and maintaining an inclusive and effective learning climate in the building.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with a valid PA teaching certification required.
- Masters degree in Educational Leadership or Administration required.
- Valid PA Principal K-12 certificate required.
- 5-7 years of successful elementary teaching experience or experience as a counselor, psychologist, or social worker required.
- 5-7 years of experience at the elementary level as an Administrator preferred.
Salary Range:
$131,284.22 - 164,105.80 (based on experience) per year
