Job Responsibilities:
- Install cable TV, telephone, internet, and security services for residential and commercial customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying and resolving issues.
- Perform upgrades, downgrades, pre-wiring, and installations.
- Install drops, outlets, converters, cable modems, digital terminals, and other devices.
- Measure, record, and determine cable signals accurately.
- Prepare regular, accurate, legible, and timely records.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Capable of carrying, climbing, and maneuvering an 80-pound, 28-foot extension ladder.
- Commitment to completing high-quality installations.
- Present a positive, professional, and courteous image.
- Accurately complete essential paperwork.
- Strong work ethic regarding quality and attendance.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
