- Manage offboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
Asset Management
- Oversee the lifecycle and management of company-owned technology assets.
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Foster positive workplace relationships and implement engagement initiatives.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize workshops and evaluate the effectiveness of training efforts.
Benefits and Compensation
- Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and queries.
- Collaborate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
- Manage PTO policies and assist in compensation benchmarking.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting.
- Support managers in improving performance and administer related compensation changes.
HR Policies and Compliance
