- Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, assisting employees and candidates with policies, benefits, and hiring procedures.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and prepare orientation materials.
- Maintain and administer employee records.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate on employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
- Drive HR projects including employee training, performance reviews, and compliance audits to support continuous improvement.
- Oversee payroll functions, responding to employee inquiries and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HR management role, ideally in a healthcare or home care environment.
