TBest is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to support one of the largest Home Care providers in the region. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Hourly Rate: $25/hour
Full-Time: Regular hours in a full-time role.

- Manage schedules, calendars, and email correspondence for executives.
- Organize important documents (contracts, reports, etc.) to keep them accessible.
- Act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring effective communication.
- Support various business initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting with special projects.
- Help schedule and prepare for meetings, create agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Arrange travel plans, book flights, accommodations, and organize itineraries.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in related role
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or a related field).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to manage confidential information with care and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
