TBest Services Inc. is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistant in Batavia, NY. Our client is a leading provider of home care services dedicated to improving the lives of seniors in New York State.
This role will share the mission of providing compassionate care that enables home care clients to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities :
- As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in the lives of home care clients. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Developing meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, providing personalized assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing and feeding.
- Adhere to prescribed health care plans, including assisting with exercises and administering medications as directed.
- Provide mobility assistance by helping clients get in and out of beds, chairs, or wheelchairs.
- Engaging clients in life skills and enrichment activities tailored to their individual profiles.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' conditions to management and recommending adjustments in care and services as needed.
- Assume responsibility for an assigned group of clients during shifts, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Attend to the dining needs of clients and guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
