Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality policies for electro-mechanical assembly and PCB soldering aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead and train the quality inspection team to meet quality benchmarks.
- Oversee inspections, resolve non-conformities (NCRs), and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
- Collaborate with teams to address quality challenges and improve processes.
- Conduct audits, track quality metrics, and maintain inspection tools.
- Act as the main contact for customers on quality matters, providing clear performance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement using data-driven analysis and KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality management in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality systems.
- Expertise in inspections, ECNs, NCRs, and process improvement.
- Leadership experience with team training and work planning.
- Proficient in technical blueprints, precision tools, and quality metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
