TBest Services is looking for an experienced Restoration Foreman to lead a team of technicians in water and fire damage restoration projects. This handson role requires strong leadership technical expertise and organizational skills to ensure efficient project execution compliance with industry standards and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage a team of Restoration Technicians on job sites.
- Assign tasks train technicians and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Oversee water extraction drying fire damage cleanup mold remediation and demolition.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to industry standards.
- Communicate with clients insurance adjusters and internal teams.
- Monitor job margins and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Complete and submit all required project documentation (MICA reports moisture readings sketches ticketsheets job updates photos).
Qualifications :
Schedule & Compensation :
Pay Range : $24 $30 per hour (Based on experience certifications and skills)
Time and a half for hours over 40 per week.
