We are seeking a Superintendent with general contractor experience for our client, a well-established Commercial General Contractor based in Las Vegas, NV.
You will be onsite leading the construction process. You will be responsible for safety enforcement and best practices. Your leadership will include acting as the liaison among all trades. You will work with your team to establish the construction schedule and facilitate the delivery of established milestones. We offer an exceptional compensation package with room for advancement. Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Construction working experience with a general contractor
- Must have excellent working knowledge of computers.
- Must have strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
You must have extensive verifiable professional experience in project construction. Our choice candidate should be fluent in the latest technology including various construction software, Scheduling, Excel and Word. Our candidate must be very organized and prepared to succeed.
Compensation : $110k-$130k plus vehicle allowance or company truck, gas card and bonus
