Position Overview:
The Accounting Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations, providing insightful analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in public accounting, consulting, or auditing who are looking to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data for decision-making.
- Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing requested documentation and supporting data.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in public accounting, consulting, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
