Assistant Controller
Job description/Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
- Review financial statements.
- Maintain general ledger and perform journal entries (cash and accrual).
- Review bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts payable and Invoice processing
- Provide financial reports and analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist with audits and tax compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of general ledger entries (cash and accrual)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
