We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with team members while providing exceptional support to high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including client write-ups for high-net-worth individuals.
- Record financial transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and update daily/weekly cash activity reports.
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports and maintain property tax schedules.
- Handle various office tasks, including compliance matters and file maintenance/scanning.
- Provide support to the Managing Director and assist the office manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for managing financial transactions accurately.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a must, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
- Basic computer skills are required; additional technical savvy is a bonus but not mandatory.
