Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the financial health and stability of the hospital, and driving strategic financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the hospital's goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee revenue cycle management, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processes.
- Collaborate with other executive leaders to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
- Utilize SAP and Business Warehouse software (BWI) for financial analysis and reporting.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master's degree or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hospital CFO.
- Experience in an acute care facility is required.
- Proven track record in a for-profit hospital setting.
- Proficiency in SAP and Business Warehouse software (BWI) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with executive teams and stakeholders.
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
