- Manage high volumes of phone inquiries related to home deliveries, services, and installations.
- Work closely with showroom staff to process delivery tickets and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Check in delivery drivers upon their return from routes to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and organize next-day delivery documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Reconcile invoices with run sheets to ensure accurate merchandise loading.
