A leading structured direct lending firm is seeking a highly skilled Analytics Engineer to develop and maintain data infrastructure and analytics solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Infrastructure & Pipelines: Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses for efficient data processing.
- Data Modeling & Transformation: Define schemas, cleanse, and transform large datasets for reporting and analytics.
- Analytics Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop scalable data solutions.
- Counterparty Management: Address data discrepancies, reconciliations, and external data requests.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence.
- Industry Experience: FinTech, Lending, or Financial Services preferred.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced SQL and data manipulation skills.
- ETL/ELT pipelines, dbt, Snowflake, AWS (preferred), Airflow/Dagster, API integrations.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
