We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations during overnight hours by coordinating dispatch activities, maintaining clear communication, and managing any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor dispatch activities overnight to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams, external clients, and vendors.
- Provide timely updates and reports on any issues or incidents.
- Collaborate effectively within a team setting while being self-reliant when working independently.
- Exhibit reliability and punctuality in every aspect of the role.
