Premier global hedge fund in the heart of New York City, is seeking an EA with 15 years of Senior Level EA experience to support a Senior Executive of the firm.
Heavy gatekeeping. Coordinate meetings, events, drive projects, create presentations and reports, organize international travel, manage files, retrieve calls, liaise with other senior executives and act as true extension to executive. Work independently on his behalf.
Must possess a glass half full mentality, and a pro-active demeanor to keep executive in the know and on point. Prior 1-1 EA experience out of a highly regarded investment firm required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, CRM, Salesforce.
Bachelor’s degree required with exceptional references.
Base salary up to 225K plus generous bonus and sensational benefits package.
Salary : $175 - $225
