Manage calendars, expenses, gatekeep and navigate the day to day. Heavy scheduling. Oversee office needs, stock supplies and problem solve. Interact with family office. Organize events. Must be extremely mature minded, dedicated and organized with exceptional communication skills, and have proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, CRM. Salesforce.
