We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leasing / Resident Services Specialist to join our team at a dynamic and thriving apartment community. This role is a key player in ensuring resident satisfaction and building a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities :
Leasing (20%)
- Prospect for new residents through various channels (online platforms, phone calls, tours, etc.)
- Conduct professional and engaging property tours, showcasing the unique features of the community.
- Process lease applications and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve monthly leasing goals with a focus on quality resident selection.
