Responsibilities include:
- Transactional and contracts - form work, insurance policies /endorsements, drafting/revising/reviewing contracts
- Onboarding of products from a legal and compliance perspective
- Maintaining new and current programs
- 4-8 years of of legal experience in a highly regulated industry
- Regulatory compliance and advise
- Provide counsel to internal and external clients
