What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at TBG | The Bachrach Group?
Come work with some top litigators in Naples, FL – join some of these ex AmLaw attorneys in a boutique setting with hands-on mentorship and experience in business, civil, and commercial litigation. Our client is looking to add 2 Associates with anywhere from 2-7 years of experience to touch on a wide-variety of matters to include, but not limited to: complex commercial, torts, fraud, breaches of contract or fiduciary duty, white collar, IP, etc. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn from some of the best in the area, and potentially inherit some business as well! This is a work/life balance firm and NO BILLABLE HOUR REQUIREMENT. Willing to look at candidates outside of Naples who could still come in to the office 2 days/week.
Additional:
- Must be barred in FL
- Excellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are also required
- Will be managing some eDiscovery
- Previous experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings is a plus
- Someone bright and capable and dedicated to wanting to learn and long term aspirations
