Prestigious Personal Injury/Class Action Law firm is looking for a Paralegal in their Baltimore office to support the Child Victims Act (CVA) Department. Looking for experience with negligence, personal injury, or medical malpractice cases. Looking for a proactive self-starter.


Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients.
  • Calendar management.
  • Drafting legal documents.
  • Preparing and exchanging discovery demands, responses and authorizations.
  • Scheduling depositions.
  • Obtaining and exchanging medical records.
  • Court filings.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm environment.
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
