Temporary Office Services Assistant β New York
Pay rate: $25-34/hr
Schedule: Part-time (24 hours/week), Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Flexibility for overtime as needed.
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Temporary Office Services Assistant for its New York office. This role provides office and facilities support, including mail distribution, supply management, conference room setup, and reception backup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle specialized copy projects.
- Sort, distribute, and deliver mail.
- Manage office and kitchen supplies.
- Set up workstations for new employees/visitors.
- Assist with conference room setup, maintenance, and catering.
- Provide backup reception services.
- Respond to office service requests and assist with special projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and work in a team.
- Comfortable walking between rooms throughout the day.
- Effective communication with staff, attorneys, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedule as needed.
