TBG is currently partnering with a global professional services organization seeking a contract Recruitment Assistant to join their busy team in Boston, MA. This is a hybrid opportunity Tuesday-Friday in the office. This is a contract assignment that will start ASAP and will last until October. Pay: $25-$27/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Calendar coordination
- Event coordination, event logistics
- Greet candidates
- Attend recruitment events
- Set up team meetings
- Collect candidate evaluations
- Recruitment program support
- Onboarding, new hire orientation, collection of new hire paperwork
- Maintain candidate information in ATS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior HR internship/ recruitment internship experience is highly desired
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Supervisor communication skills
- Strong ability to be present during duration of assignment
- Ability to do over-time as needed (evenings for recruitment events)
Salary : $25 - $27
