Temporary Senior Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to assist with a short-term reconciliation and data cleanup project. This role involves reviewing and reconciling complex financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate will bring advanced accounting expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts, including bank statements, general ledger accounts, and sub-ledgers.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and errors in financial records.
- Review historical financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement improved processes for data management and reconciliation.
- Prepare reports summarizing findings and progress on data cleanup efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary : $40 - $45
