Premier global hedge fund in the heart of New York City, is seeking a project-oriented Chairman-level EA with 10 years of experience supporting a top executive at a highly reputable alternative investment firm. Coordinate meetings, events, drive projects, create presentations and reports, organize international travel, manage files, retrieve calls and act as gatekeeper. Liaise with other senior executives and their EA's and act as true extension to Executive.
Bachelors' degree out of an accredited University required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, CRM, Salesforce.
Base salary 150-175KK plus generous bonus and sensational benefits package.
