Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of licensing agreements, commercial contracts, and M&A documentation.
- Conduct due diligence and provide support on transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and client expectations.
- Advise clients on contract interpretation, regulatory issues, and strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-profile M&A and licensing matters.
- Prepare and review complex corporate and commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), joint ventures, and supply agreements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance frameworks.
- Monitor and stay updated on regulatory developments affecting commercial transactions and corporate governance.
- Provide support in managing client relationships and addressing legal concerns.
