The Customer Collaboration Analyst will identify, drive, and lead internal team, cross functional and horizontal process improvement initiatives to streamline work, reduce costs, create efficiencies, and provide customer value for Grocery accounts. This will be accomplished through the following initiatives:
- Drive Cross-functional thinking and broad peer collaboration to streamline operational practices within organization
- Develop solutions for day-to-day operational issues for both short term & long-term productivity sustainability
- Build technical and process capability across total team and implements training, tools, and metrics to ensure sustained process performance
- Develop reporting cadences that support team KPI improvement and deep dive analysis to identify root cause and implement corrective action
Core Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly Customer connects and lead Internal Cross Functional Reviews – create and distribute agenda, reports and follow ups
- Partner with Data Analytics, Customer Logistics, and Finance teams on OTIF and Fines & Fees process – research, provide documentation and report out period results and recommended actions
- Subject Matter Expert for Customer data maintenance (CMIR, Sourcing, Pricing etc) for Grocery customers – make updates as needed for team
- Own and manage CPU bid process, collaborating with transportation, legal and Customer Service. Responsible for drafting communications, negotiations, system updates and lead contact for all CPU related issues
- Participate in Bracket Pricing Compliance project
- Ad-hoc reporting utilizing Power BI and SAP data to root cause customer related issues and product transitions

Qualifications / Requirements
- BA/BS degree with 2-3 plus years of experience in Order Management, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to needs of audience
- Proven change agent
- Strong problem solving, issue resolution, influencing and prioritization skills
- Critical thinking skills with analytical and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to develop and lead project teams in an agile environment
- Innovation mindset with willingness to adapt and integrate new technology, processes, and ideas to drive efficiency
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- SAP & Power BI experience a plus
