Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lateral Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lateral hiring process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting the integration of new hires. This position requires strong experience in legal case management, knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lateral hiring process, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Conduct thorough background checks and conflict of interest assessments for potential hires.
- Ensure compliance with AML legislation and firm policies during the hiring process.
- Maintain and update case management systems and databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lateral hiring policies and procedures.
- Provide support and training to new hires on firm policies and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth integration of lateral hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with legal case management and knowledge of AML regulations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
