How You'll Spend Your Time
- Assist customers with financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant banking products and services.
- Open and manage accounts, ensuring documentation is complete and error-free.
- Support branch operations by handling Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and related tasks.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns, providing timely and professional solutions.
- Refer customers to specialized departments based on their needs.
- Protect customer data, ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory standards.
- Engage with the community, participating in bank-sponsored events.
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- 6 months of experience as a bank teller is preferred
- 6 months experience in customer service, sales or cross- selling position is preferred
