What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle—from engaging cold leads to closing strategic deals. You’ll act as a consultative partner to prospective customers, helping them understand their business needs and aligning our technology offerings to achieve real outcomes.
You will be responsible for executing the Lead Development and Opportunity Management phases of our client engagement process. You’ll receive warm leads identified through Campaign Management, and your job will be to engage, qualify, propose, and close.
Business Process Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Lead Development
You won’t be waiting around for leads to land in your lap—you'll actively contribute to building pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, campaign follow-up, and relationship nurturing. You'll collaborate closely with our team to optimize messaging, tailor outreach strategies, and ensure consistent engagement with target accounts.
- Execute targeted outbound efforts to develop new business opportunities
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert interest into qualified pipeline
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn to identify and engage prospects
- Work with internal teams to continuously refine audience segmentation and campaign strategies
Opportunity Management
Once an opportunity is qualified, you’ll own it from proposal to close. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers and operations to deliver tailored solutions that solve real business challenges.
- Develop and present solution proposals, pricing and statements of work
- Manage pipeline and forecast with accuracy and accountability
- Drive the closing process, including negotiation and final contract execution

Required Experience & Skills
- 3 years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B tech or IT solutions environment
- Proven success managing and closing complex sales cycles (average deal size $25k–$250k)
- Strong understanding of solution selling and value-based sales methodologies
- Comfortable leveraging CRMs and sales automation platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
