PrestonRoblox is looking for a Creative Producer to lead the channel team who has a love for Roblox and variety games, a passion for YouTube, and a drive to continuously grow and deliver ground breaking ideas that excite our viewers and allow us to be trailblazers in the creator economy!

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

Take ownership of the gaming channel, working autonomously to drive content strategy and execution from ideation to publishing

Oversee all creative aspects of the gaming channel, maintaining high standards of quality and innovation

Manage scheduling and deadlines for all Gaming Creative documents, ensuring smooth production processes

Develop engaging video concepts and scripts, primarily focused on Roblox and other variety gaming content

Collaborate on compelling title and thumbnail ideas to increase video clicks and engagement

Playtest various Roblox games and other potential titles to find the most exciting, shareable moments for our videos

Review post-edits to ensure the final product aligns with creative goals and maintains quality standards

Collaborate closely with other supervisors and directors across departments, maintaining effective communication and promoting efficiency

Continuously strive to raise the standards of Gaming Creative at TBNR, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements

Execute brand deals on the Gaming Creative side, ensuring successful execution or delegating responsibilities as appropriate

Keep up with trends and developments in the gaming space, particularly Roblox, to keep content fresh and engaging

REQUIREMENTS

4 years of experience in gaming content creation and strategy for Roblox and variety games

Must be extremely knowledgeable within the gaming space

On top of content being produced by competitors and like-minded brands

A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

Ability to analyze audience feedback and engagement metrics to make data-driven decisions and improvements to content.

Ability to deliver content on tight deadlines

Experience using Google Suite, Monday.com (or other project management tools), and Slack preferred

TBNR's targeted total compensation rate for a full-time Creative Producer based in Dallas, Texas is between $65,000 and $90,000, which depends on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, location, and alignment with market data.
