The Opportunity
The Commercial Director will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from an assigned portfolio of existing customers within the Enterprise segment.
Key responsibilities include fostering long-term client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment between client objectives and Flywheel Digital’s solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, strategic problem-solving, and delivering measurable business outcomes for both the company and its clients.
What You Will Do :
- Commercial and strategic responsibility for achieving your renewal and growth targets across your portfolio
- Creation and execution of an account portfolio, and ownership of forecasting and plan to achieve growth targets
- Forecasting : Ability to build a sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Drive new opportunities with our largest customers and employ a proven sales process that demonstrates business value, promotes our products, and drives incremental revenue
- Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue that achieves / exceeds individual quota
- Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to the right solutions within our suite of products
- Collaborate effectively and efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders including Client Service, Product, and Solutions Engineering, Billing, and Marketing
- Own all commercial aspects of the client relationship, positioning yourself as a consultative partner as opposed to a salesperson
- Be able to successfully connect with, prepare, present, and sell to / negotiate with various levels within an enterprise organisation
- Prepare and deliver personalised product demonstrations and presentations based on prospect / client KPIs and business goals
- Log and maintain all opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring information is accurate and always updated
- Stay up to date on industry trends and product updates
Who You Are :
This position is commission eligible.
Salary Range : $100,000 - $125,000 USD
