About the Role

We are looking to hire a full-time Actuary with experience relating to CMMI programs (ACO REACH / MSSP) to join our team. This role reports to the AVP of Actuarial.

A Day in the Life

• Conduct complex actuarial analyses to support CMMI-participating entities, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for Value-Based Care initiatives.
• Lead the development of predictive models to forecast trends and assess financial impacts.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and findings to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex actuarial concepts.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ACO REACH, MSSP, CKCC, and MA ACO programs, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of CMMI Attribution logic and analyze its impact on program performance.
• Utilize VRDC data to enhance analytical capabilities and drive decision-making.
• Perform scenario modeling (deterministic / Monte Carlo) to assess potential outcomes and risks.
