About The Role :
As a Content UX Writer on our Growth team, you'll play a critical role in crafting user-friendly, impactful content that drives engagement and accessibility across our website and digital platforms. From optimizing user flows to creating compelling website copy, you’ll ensure our messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with Mochi Health’s mission.
What You’ll Do :
- Write, edit, and optimize website content, including landing pages, navigation elements, FAQs, and call-to-actions, to enhance user experiences and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to develop cohesive, user-focused content strategies.
- Conduct user research and A / B testing to refine content and drive growth-oriented outcomes.
- Ensure all content aligns with our tone of voice, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform content updates.
