Compensation Range : $110,000 - $170,000

We are an existing legal team of two lawyers and one contracts and procurement manager. We are collegial and collaborative. We like to make up fun project names for our strategic initiatives. We work in a hybrid setting and like to collaborate in person. We all work with a large amount of autonomy. As a team, we are slightly more pro-dog than pro-cat. We are passionate about Ai2’s mission.
Essential Functions :
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of standard procurement and operations agreements, such as NDAs, vendor services, IT, software / SaaS, hardware, facilities, and events.
- Prepare exploratory and strategic agreements for various projects and initiatives, including MOUs, data sharing, and collaboration agreements.
- Review and draft product EULAs, terms of use, and related documentation.
- Create and improve contract templates.
- Review open source licenses for software and AI projects.
- Provide support across Ai2’s activities ensuring that legal issues, contracts, disputes, and complex transactions are conducted within the due diligence of the legal framework.
