We're seeking a motivated individual who is eager to help customers get the most value possible from their Webdam Platform. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll have a strong background in advising and guiding clients in using cloud-based technology platforms. You'll possess excellent communication skills and have a strong propensity for organization and relationship building.
The ideal candidate will love telling a good story using data and demonstrate strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. You'll establish strong trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensure that customers employ DAM best practices, are leveraging Webdam effectively, and that their Webdam platform is optimized for maximum value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years in a customer-facing role, ideally Support, Customer Success, Business Development or Account Management
- Ability to develop strong client relationships, manage expectations, and critically problem-solve
- Strong analytical skills and use of data to help drive adoption, find opportunities and risks
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Catalyst a plus
