The Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving customer adoption by supporting the sales process with technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on experience in cybersecurity. You will work closely with sales, prospects, and existing customers to understand their technical requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, prove solution value, and ensure the seamless integration of our platform into customers’ environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Expertise :
Collaborate with Sales Teams to demonstrate and deliver on our solutions value propositions.
Analyze customer requirements to architect solutions that align with their security needs.
Partner with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
