Within WPP, Studio X is an exciting new "start-up" that unites the best of WPP to create a fully integrated solution. Partnering with other WPP creative and production agencies, we have a presence in over 40 countries worldwide. Our flagship relationship with Coca-Cola showcases this integration, and over time, Studio X aims to evolve into a multi-client network, harnessing talent from various WPP sectors to drive enhanced, unified value for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Controller to join our finance team. This role is critical in establishing a cohesive financial strategy across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Oversight : Lead financial operations across a network of over 40 offices, ensuring compliance with WPP policy and local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and analyze financial reports, offering insights to assist the Global CEO, CFO, and other stakeholders in strategic decision-making.
• Policy Development : Collaborate with various departments and partner agencies to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls that support our innovative approach while ensuring compliance.
• Relationship Management : Build and nurture productive relationships with partner agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations and strategic goal alignment.
• Operational Excellence : Identify and implement process improvements to streamline our financial operations and enhance efficiency, adapting to the dynamic needs of a start-up environment.
• Audit & Compliance : Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate, complete, and conform to policy.
• Leadership & Development : Mentor and develop finance team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
