About the role

Quilt is a high-growth startup on a mission to move humanity off of fossil fuel heating to fight climate change. We’re building the next generation, beautifully designed ductless heat pumps and a delightful customer experience.

We built an installation team in just half a year in the Bay Area where we sold out months in advance. We’re now expanding to LA to replicate our success there!

We are seeking experienced candidates with a desire to grow to install our ductless mini split heat pumps. We are a customer-focused company and top-tier customer service is as much a part of the job as technical skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as an HVAC installer or technician, with lead experience in residential HVAC.
• Experience with LA building codes.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

This role is a full-time, onsite position based out of Culver City and located at customer sites across the surrounding LA areas.
