About This Role :
This part-time position is designed for college students and entry-level professionals who are passionate about education and have the drive to grow into future leaders in the education industry. The successful candidate will work alongside our Silicon Valley teaching team while also focusing on the operational aspects of our business.
You will have the resources to become a great math educator and provide world-class teaching services to PreK-6th graders of all levels. This role will also give you the chance to participate in Think Academy's business functions including operations and marketing. This position is ideal for those aspiring to become branch directors, department managers, or part of Think Academy's global expansion in emerging markets.

Job Responsibilities :
- Teach engaging lessons in English for elementary level mathematics to our students using Think Academy curriculum (Grade : PreK-G6, Language : English, Format : In-person).
- Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment that fosters a love of mathematics among a class of about 8-16 students.
- Identify and address individual learning needs by providing personalized assistance to students.
- Grade homework and provide other related key teaching services.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with parents / guardians regarding their child's progress, achievements, and areas of concern.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences / meetings as needed to discuss student performance.
- Hold office hours and provide 1-on-1 help.
- Foster a safe and respectful learning atmosphere for all students.
- Develop tailored mathematical learning plans for students based on their current abilities and goals.
- Support daily business operations in marketing and business growth in the Bay Area.
