About the role :

Join us as we partner with the nation’s top-rated hospital system to close care gaps via a first-of-its-kind completely Virtual Comprehensive Care Clinic. We are looking for full-time Primary Care physicians who will deliver fully remote text and video-based comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your patients, representing K Health and our clinical partners, while providing world-class remote care. The ideal candidate must be licensed in CA , have a board certification in Family Medicine, and be comfortable practicing the full spectrum of comprehensive care, including pediatrics and mental health. Work from the comfort of your own home and deliver care to those who need it the most, backed by K Health's cutting-edge Clinical AI Platform. Our virtual clinic is fully supported 24 / 7 by a dedicated team of Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff helping to greatly reduce your administrative burden.

What you'll be doing :

• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
• Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs
• Manage patient follow-ups for chronic care programs
• Prescribe and refill medication as appropriate
• Drive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomes
• Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient encounters
• Collaborate with Clinical Team Members to build clinical guidelines and policies

What we're looking for :

Compensation :

240,000 - $250,000 USD

We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
