Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist / MD to join our team as a contracted Practice Leader . In this role, you will guide and oversee clinical operations, lead a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure the delivery of dementia-focused primary care. This is a unique opportunity to lead within a rapidly growing organization, providing specialized care that has a real impact on the lives of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for dementia and related cognitive disorders.
- Lead a team of clinicians, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Develop and implement clinical best practices and care protocols to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with senior living operators and other healthcare partners to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.
- Oversee clinical operations, including resource allocation, compliance, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure adherence to the CMS-approved GUIDE program requirements and participate in program development and improvement.
- Act as a mentor and advisor to your team, driving professional development and excellence in care delivery.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in dementia care and growing our partnerships with senior living facilities.
