What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise Directors of Nursing, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management for nursing and behavioral health technician teams.Develop, update, and implement nursing protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.Collaborate with regional Medical Directors, Clinical Directors, and other departments to address facility needs and align with organizational goals.Design and manage ongoing training programs for nursing staff, focusing on competencies, professional growth, and client care excellence.Analyze data and audits to identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement impactful solutions.Serve as a key member of leadership, aligning regional nursing practices with Sandstone Care’s mission and values.What We’re Looking For

Analytical mindset to identify challenges through audits and data analysis.Proven ability to implement quality improvement initiatives that drive measurable results.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher (RN License / Compact License in the region required).Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.Experience in substance abuse and / or co-occurring disorder treatment.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.What We Offer :
