Overview of the Role
The Senior Art Director ensures a high standard of quality and conceptualizes strategic work for SRW | C.A. clients in the better-for-you CPG world. They have mad design chops for developing integrated campaigns and work collaboratively with all departments to conceptualize, produce and execute a variety of content. Their output spans the gauntlet across social content, website design, packaging design, motion graphics, high-end video shoots, and retail partnerships.
The Senior Art Director works closely with other art directors, designers, and copywriters on the team. They are self-motivated to handle a lot of projects and client campaigns at once – switching gears between tasks, teams, and projects. Each day is different and fast-paced. One moment they are knee-deep in Photoshop, Illustrator, or using AI to generate comps, and the next moment they’re on set art directing a photoshoot. They are also responsible for ensuring their work aligns with overall brand strategy and goals.
- Fully remote OR hybrid 2-3 days in office if local to Chicago, IL (within a 1-hour commute)
- Salary : $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience, qualifications, and skills
