Job Duties :
- Build tools and processes for automating security controls and monitoring scale.
- Assist the team in improving incident response capabilities.
- Guide company infrastructure teams in implementing security best practices for cloud environments.
- Lead security initiatives across the organization and harden company infrastructure against attack.
- Represent Reddit's security program outside of the company at security conferences.
Minimum Requirements :
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or in any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements :
Any suitable combination of education, training and / or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

The base pay range for this position is : $243,360.00 - $267,100.00 USD.
