As we expand our presence in the gaming world, we seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Copywriter with deep roots in the gaming industry to join our in-house creative team.
The Senior Copywriter will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help establish our brand identity and strategy while fostering growth for Discord.
This role would report directly to the Head of the Creative Team.
What you'll be doing :
- Partner with a Creative Director to drive the creative strategy for Discord’s brand and revenue marketing initiatives and deliver campaigns that deeply engage Discord audiences.
- Shape and evolve Discord’s brand tone and voice for different audiences (consumer and B2B), ensuring consistency across various touchpoints while maintaining the brand's creative integrity.
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative large-scale creative campaigns that surprise and delight Discord’s gaming community.
- Work closely with marketing, social, product, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive, creative direction that reflects the brand's goals and resonates with our audiences across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with external partners, including creative agencies, production companies, and influencers, to deliver innovative work.
- Work with the Operations and Production teams to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with top company priorities.
