Who we seek :
The Senior Director of Education will manage all ongoing BigID Education and University operations to help us grow our cross-domain educational program. The Senior Director of Education will lead the design, planning, and delivery of multiple educational data security and privacy offerings through remote and in-person venues, advance certification and knowledge initiatives, schedule and facilitate learning events, help expand the BigID community, and support the sales and delivery process as needed from the educational side.
This high-visibility role requires strong training design and delivery experience and proven leadership skills. The Senior Director of Education will work with many internal functions to build the cross-domain data curriculum, manage the trainers and content developers, and partner with external industry experts to provide subject-matter expertise.
You are self-motivated, hands-on, and intellectually curious. You love data and technical education and have the passion and the patience to mentor others and help them improve at their job. You worked as an educational professional in a corporate environment and love creating exemplary knowledge content that benefits external and internal learners. You can readily understand clients’ business and regulatory data challenges and concerns and avidly bring their perspectives to the organization.
You are comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization. You have the resourcefulness, creativity, strategic thinking, and desire to solve complex educational challenges and to hold a pivotal role in serving the knowledge needs of a global cross-industry learner body in a key compliance and technology forefront.

The annual base salary range is $180,000 – $220,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable / Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
