As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will build out our Revenue teams, shape the hiring strategy, partner with stakeholders, own the full life cycle from beginning to end and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities :
- Own the full life cycle recruiting funnel
- Source top talent for high impact sales roles with tools such as LinkedIn, Gem and others.
- Devise top of funnel strategy, drive searches, own relationships with candidates through offer
- Partner and build relationships with the sales leadership team on talent strategy, contributing your expertise on the market, workforce planning, interview best practices, and effective recruiting process to ensure we have a world-class talent function
- Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build a trusting relationship with leaders and hiring managers
- Champion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience, partnering closely with our Recruiting Coordinator to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling inspired, supported, and informed.

Zone 1 : San Francisco / Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area : $138,000 - $162,000
Zone 2 : Boston, DC, Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Seattle : $124,000 - $146,000
Zone 3 : All other US locations : $117,000 - $138,000
